James Bond Watch Joke

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong spot, but with all the talk about James Bond Rolex's, I thought this might amuse.

Matt...

A very confident James Bond walks into the English bar and takes a seat next to a very attractive woman. He gives her a quick glance, then casually looks at his watch for a moment.

The woman notices this and asks, “Is your date running late?”

“No,” he replies, “Q has just given me this state-of-the-art Rolex watch. I was just testing it.”

The intrigued woman says, “A state-of-the-art Rolex watch? What’s so special about it?”

Bond explains, ” It uses alpha waves to talk to me telepathically.”

The lady says, “What’s it telling you now?”

“Well, it says you’re not wearing any panties…”

The woman giggles and replies, “Well it must be broken because I’m wearing panties!”

Bond smirks, taps his watch and says, “Bloody thing’s an hour fast.”

The first time I read this joke it was posted in an Omega Forum, and the watch was a Seamaster.

Nice to see the Rolex version.

Wait a second, if Bond's watch is an hour fast, does that mean the girl will take off her panties in an hour? In other words, did it predict the future?

When the girl says "is your date running late?" he's supposed to say, excuse me? This is a Submariner and it's spot on!
