Reference 1002 Oyster Perpetual - end link question

Hi,

I would like to know what the members' opinion is on the misalignment of this end link. Does the end link need to be adjusted? Leave it alone?

If it does need adjustment, any advice on how to adjust would be appreciated.

Needs adjustment it's squashed down somehow.

Can be done with pliers, spread them if you handy. Otherwise cheap fix at a watchmaker.

Don't grab the links with pliers, spread it from the inside, you'll mar the nuts off of your end links if you grab and pull.

Thanks. Would flat nose jeweler's pliers suffice?
