Rolex Milgauss
Hi Guys
After my previous thread - I have spotted the Rolex Milgauss on the web. What is different about this model. I hadn't noticed it before - do any of you own one? It looks like a cool and different watch. Thanks |

Hmm, where do I start...it's so different than any other current Rolex.
The GV model has a green tinted crystal, a Rolex first. Claimed anti-magnetic properties, functional to upwards of 1000 gauss, hence the name milgauss. The outer case encloses a second "case" in the form of a faraday cage. Quirky second hand, to go with the quirky dial, in particular on the GV. The case is beautifully contoured and fits very comfortably on the wrist. The bracelet clasp with the easy link adjustment is equally comfortable and balances the heft of the watch perfectly. What's not to like? Puts a smile on my face every time I put it on! |
