Rolex Pocket Watch opinions needed

Rolex Pocket Watch opinions needed...these are the photos emailed to me and first Rolex pocket watch I've seen...The center portion of the hands stem seems cleaned or missing something, otherwise I can't see any issues...Any help on this one is greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking.

It's as it should be. I'd say it probably need service if the regulation is set that fast. That is how sub seconds hands look. The silver part is correct to match the center wheel post.

Otherwise it just got bumped. Probably dry from lack of use and they are trying to speed up the time...

There are usually some Rolex pocket watches for sale on EBay. If you do an advanced search for sold listings, you'll get an idea of the price range.

I've seen several, but I'm not sure how to compare since I have no reference for this one. Looks interesting and its offered to me in trade, but this is definitely not a watch I want to keep should I end up with it.
