Hello From Sydney
Hi all. Only signed up today after stalking this forum for info for a bit

You might be surprised by this but I like watches

What started with a few hand me downs and random things has slowly grown. It was supposed to end when I ot my first Grail watch a JLc memovox but that ended up kicking up something else.

I won't go into the details of my collection, and it is a mixed bag of JLC, IWC and Omega but Rolex is an itch that now needs to be scratched. Whilst I respected the brand it wasn't something that I wanted but the more I've read the more I like them because they are built like tanks.

I would love to go vintage but it is sadly out of my budget and whilst i know they are Very well made I'm not sure how they go with using them and not having to worry about babying something that is 40+ years old.

Anyway I'm thinking about a GMT master II (coke or batman bezel), Sub or a SeaDweller. I seem to be drawn to the GMT and the Sea Dweller more so than a sub though. The colours of te GMT and the way the sea dweller sits have more presence.
