New member from Birmingham UK
Hi all,
I set up my account here a few weeks ago but haven't really had any activity yet so thought I'd say hi and introduce myself I'm a member on WUS and TZ and I'm currently a horology student at BCU training/studying to be a watchmaker, I also work part time in a rolex AD in the bullring. Ive had a vintage rolex before but quickly sold it on (after a week) as it was a bit of a lemon so will say I'm about to buy my first Rolex. It was first between the BLNR and the LN and after a lot of thought I decided the BLNR was the way forward, which I will be ordering (through work) on the 10th of March so should get it around April (I hope as I have to wait for rolex to send it and try give no time frame) Im already planning a Submariner (date) too but not sure when that will be. Ive always been a huge omega fan and still am and if im being honest said Id never buy a rolex..... but after working with/selling rolex I've a huge new found respect for the company and how they manage their brand and the quality and materials they use in their watches. With work im going to their service centre for Tudor training in May and then in the future rolex so im looking forward to seeing how impressive the place is as its supposed to be incredible.
