Icon10 AP ROO BB vs AP ROO Diver Ceramic White

Hi everyone, have been long time reader on the forum.

Have difficult time deciding between replace my AP ROO Bumblebee with AP ROO Diver Ceramic White. I currently have another AP ROO Diver Ceramic Black.

Would like to get all comments from AP collectors whether I should keep my Bumblebee or get Diver Ceramic White.

Thank you for all comments.

Hi there...

That all depends on how you feel about your current black ceramic, because the white ceramic is identical and you do not mind owning two divers. I certainly do not mind having more then one 44, because I currently have the 44 black ceramic and I am waiting for my AD to receive the 44 white ceramic to add it to the collection. I think it would be a nice addition to my lineup and in your case I do think it would be good to trade your Bumble Bee for the white ceramic, because you are updating your collection to the newest lineup that AP has to offer.

Besides I have read on the article the new AP boutique Milan of watchcollectinglifestyle that AP is only producing 300 of the white ceramic divers, so considering this, yes it is definitely a good trade for you to do.

Good luck!

While I think the white ceramic turned out better than I would have thought after seeing it in person, I think it's use is pretty limited (beach vacations, etc).

I agree with this and it seems like Its the kind of watch that one has to LOVE to buy....

Nothing wrong with owning different variations of the same model IMO....if you like it go for it.

i'd keep the bumblebee... white ceramic just doesn't do "it" for me, but that's just me.

I prefer the BB. It's a classic.

I would take the white ceramic diver. I just don't like the de opulent clasp and rubber pushers. I also think the Diver is a better looking watch.

I would keep the Bumblebee but that's just my personal preference for this scenario that you've presented.

Good luck.

If I already owned all other watches I wanted, I would go for the white Diver, otherwise not.... IMHO...
