Costco Speedmaster
311.30.42.30.01.005 ref. number speedmaster I just recently saw in our local Costco store. Iam new to Omega and I would like to seek for some advice to our TRF community. Priced for 4,000usd.
1. Is the price reasonable enough? 2. Does anyone here in TRF had bought a watch from costco or know any feedback or read anything good or bad about purchasing from costco? 3. How does the warranty work if not bought from AD? 4. And will there be any aunthenticity issues? 5. Is this the one with hesalite crystal and handwound model? Thank you so much I will appreciate any comments or suggestions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That is the hand wind watch, with the hersalite crystal., these can be had for $3,700 from reputable online vendors such as Jomahop and Authenticwatches..
They are NOT ADs and you will not get an Omega Warranty, although they offer their own inhouse warranty. If you purchase the watch at COSTCO for $300 more, you get NO warranty at all, but why would you need one with their return polices? You could bust the watch after owning it for 10 years, take it back to COSTCO with receipt, and they will refund your money, 100% with no questions asked? I saw a couple of dudes drag an old, used mattress into the return section one day and they gave them a full refund, without asking a single question about it. |

I spoke with my local Costco manager. She confirmed me that if you return the watch in 1 year time they refund you no questions asked. After 1 year they just repair your watches or manager may make a decision to refund you.
