Panerai 510 & P.5000

Good morning all. I know that this movement is not COSC certified. What is the acceptable time keeping tolerance? I have read it was -/+ 10 seconds? However, the thread didn't provide which movement it was referring to. Thank you all in advance.

One should expect COSC-like numbers. The actual "certification" is just marketing....

My warranty booklet came stamped with 3.4 sec (no - or +, so this number is dubious).

Mine is running -9 to -11 sec slow per day. Certainly not COSC, but not too bad for Panerai.
I heard getting it adjusted will help, but I am waiting until service time to save myself the heartache of scratches from the service center.

Maybe you saw my thread. My 510 was scratched from the service center. It ran spot on for the first few days after it came back, but now I'm seeing huge gains when letting it rest in the dial-up position... Maybe +1.5-2 minutes if I don't wear it a whole week.
