New United States Panerai Price List

Looks like pricing is once again being adjusted to match the global market in the United States. All the pieces have come down in price. Just got the information and wanted to share.

FYI, these prices went into effect May 1, 2015 so they are even more adjusted then the last prices that I had for it.

ALL Richemont brands got a price decrease today (except ALS).

Not surprised based upon recent earnings: "Compared to the previous financial year, Richemont's net profit for the year ended 31 March 2015 is expected to show a decrease of some 36 percent,".

I just remembered, this is 2nd price decrease in 3 months. Back in 3/15/15 I asked about a 425 at the Dallas boutique.

They did confirm decrease.

My example I asked PAM425
went from $8700 to $8300

that is ~5%
Now it is $7,700

Yup, the United States had a 5% decrease while the rest of the world saw a 12% increase in prices. This all happened with the whole Swiss Franc debacle back in January. I guess they are adjusting according to that again and all the global currencies from what I hear.

Wow. Well, some prices seem more "correct" now at least.

I agree. There is no reason why the PAM 233 should have been $14,400. I still think it may be a bit overpriced at $12,300. Luckily I got a good deal on it.

I did too.

I thought I got a nice 22% discount, now its only 16% based on this new MSRP.
Not that I'm complaining, its still a good price......

Did JLC also drop prices as part of Richemont? Gonna stop by the AD today to take a look.

Interesting.

It would be good to know if this was passed to dealers.
It may be a way to attract new interest, but dealers price is the same, so they buyer will see same net price, after discount.

Just walked past one of our ADs; prices raised again this year (2nd time, heck, maybe even the 3rd time for the EU if I'm not mistaken).

€12K for the 233 and €8.8K for the 372.

I think the 372 debuted in 2011 at €6.9K and the 233 was sitting at €10.9K. Now consider back then it was ~USD1.4 to 1.0EUR... Did the two sell for $9.7 and $15.2...? Actually, just a bit more (...according to the 2011 Price-list "sticky" that this sub-forum decided to hang on to... . )

So now their global pricing seems once again to correlate closer to the FX market. IMHO they should have left the EU pricing alone and decreased the USD prices further ...win-win

The 587 is an extremely sought-after Special Edition (SE) and although OP did produce 1000 units I am more than certain they have all been sold / spoken for.

As a matter of fact, all other SEs from 2014/2015 are on the list except for:

558 (2014 SE 30 Tourby GMT red gold)
571 (2014 SE 50 Ti sub)
587 (2014 SE 1000 1940 MM)
579 (2014 SE 300 Monop destro)

(we are not including "Limited Editions" like the 599 or Boutique like the 001Q and so on)

And to think I held a 579 just a few weeks back...
