As an engineering feat, it's spectacular, but you couldn't pay me enough to work in that building or even visit for that matter.

Anything goes wrong with the lifts - it's gonna take a high level of fitness and a long time to get to the ground from the upper stories (or the reverse).

I worked for a summer as security in a high-rise office building that, while occupied, was still having the finishing touches put on it and one of those finishing touches was the elevators.

They failed almost every day, even though Otis had a staff of at least a dozen mechanics on site.

Fortunately, with that kind of response team, the problems were corrected rather quickly, but you've never seen anything like an elevator full of high powered attorneys emerging from an elevator after five to ten minutes of being stalled in an elevator.

There's also this.

Glasgow hospital visitors stuck in the lifts because they have no buttons

I would love to work on that project from the ground up! That would be the feather in the crown for my career! I have worked on some big projects but not anywhere near that costs!

Saudi is a useless place to have it as no one is allowed to go there unless invited by a company.
