Are the hands from the 4130 and 4030 interchangeable?

Doubt it as the canon pinions between the Zenith 4030 and Rolex 4130 aren't interchangeable.

Thx guys. Saw a 4130 SS with black dial and red hands looking very cool and readable.
Wondered if it would work on a Zenith.
