No, not really. The bezel insert is a replacement, though, as the 16700 wasn't fitted with a Coke bezel as new, only Pepsi and Black.

yes, I know. I will look after a pepsi insert later on. I was looking for the right 16700, the piece at the price.
I bought it from one of the guys wrote Rolex Daytona: A Legend is Born.

Very nice.
I am collecting mine from service next week.
Had an email today to say it's ready.
Can't wait.
Enjoy yours.

Well the 16770 can handle coke, Pepsi or black. Correct?

As long as you can ensure its a genuine Rolex item its all good.
Pepsi on an Oyster is the one.

I like the watch just as it is; I'd love my 16700 on a Jubilee bracelet with a coke insert. Nice to have the original configuration as well. It's an attractive set-up as shown to me.

Here's mine, fwiw, proper and all.

I agree with you. Keeping in mind that jubilee and coke was an option in 96. pergola says probably the watch was sold as you see it on my wirst.
I love the piece, his condition. A Pepsi insert is just a plus.

You can get a genuine Pepsi at the RSC with $48 and about two hours to replace it. They will try and keep your old one.

Used to own a 16700 with the older style font date wheel. Wish I'd kept it.
