Just picked up this day date 118135 for the wife. I must say it's quite a gorgeous watch in person. Haven't seen many of them around - any out there in TRF land?

I love mine; a golden moldy oldie with a president bracelet (not a DDII however). FWIW, the DDII have been retired as Rolex shifts from 41 mm to 40 mm with the new DD40 coming to ADs near you. Love the dial on you wife's watch; very nice!!!

I've seen it at an AD and a few grey. It's a cognac dial. Absolutely gorgeous and an elegant leather strap to boot. Congrats! Your wife must be thrilled

It was a surprise (although I got her to try it on during one of my AD visits). She still can't believe it's on her wrist now 👍
