The Watch Buyers Group- Pasadena, CA
I wanted to share an excellent experience I had recently with an alternative to RSC for the the servicing of Rolex. I have a 16610 that had not been serviced in 10 years and was a daily watch. It was previously serviced by RSC years ago.
I did a bit of research and found the Watch Buyers Group (TWBG) online. Their basic service was a flat fee which included round trip shipping. I don't know how rare it is but they do have a Rolex parts account to acquire factory replacement parts. Anyway, I took a chance with Ben at TWBG. The watch returned like new with a few replacement parts that were very reasonable. I don't believe he places a markup on the parts. I would use them again for my other pieces. Oh, the watch was returned within 2 weeks. |
