FS: Panerai PAM 162 F Chrono - Mint & 100% Complete
FS: Panerai PAM 162 F chrono in mint condition. An important watch in Panerai's history, only produced for one year, it was the first 44mm chrono they ever produced. And IMHO, still the best looking chrono they ever made. #F057X/1500. Gorgeous black dial with anthracite subdials. Combination of brushed stainless steel case and polished bezel is absolutely stunning. The watch is in mint condition with a few stray marks on the caseback being the only real flaws. Winding and running smoothly and accurately. It had a minor service by my watchmaker - movement cleaning and lubricating - in February 2015. The chrono functions work correctly and zero-up perfectly. The date setting mechanism works flawlessly. Lume is perfect and glows very brightly. The original OEM deployant buckle is mint also and snaps securely. Comes with a 95% OEM "Mad Max" Coramid leather strap which I thinks looks perfect on this watch. Also comes with an OEM rubber strap in 92% condition.
One of the features unique to this watch is the inclusion of a beautiful Montegrappa pen with a production number that matches the watch. And the rest of the set is 100% complete as well. Includes: triple box set, Libretto, unique 162 manual, COSC, warranty card, extra box "movement" sticker, screwdriver, date-setting tool, Montegrappa pen refill cartridges, bezel protector, and polishing cloth - absolutely everything is there. $5,980 USD including shipping in the CONUS. International shipping will be considered at my discretion with spotless references and buyer paying full shipping and insurance costs. Payment by bank wire transfer preferred. PayPal payment possible but add 3% and I will only ship to the PayPal confirmed address - no exceptions. I have numerous references on multiple watch forums – I will ask for yours if I don’t know you. The watch and I are located in Chicago. Sorry, no trades. Questions are welcome - just PM me. Thanks for looking. |
