Rolex Oyster Precision 1955

Hi all. I Have the opportunity to buy a vintage Rolex Oyster Precision and I was hoping for some help firming up the price. I have the watch on loan at the moment so have been able to have a good look and take some photos. The Oyster case has a serial number dating it to 1955 and the model number of 6426. The Rolex bracelet has a Birmingham hallmark as 9ct gold and I think dates to 1971. I don't want to open the case as I lack the right tool for the job but I expect to find it hallmarked as 9ct as well as it doesn't look like 18ct rose gold to me. Any thoughts at all?
