Rolex PM is amazing... photos from AD visit!

Oh boy, Rolex PM really is something else. Spent a great half hour checking out the new DDs at my favorite AD with whom I have a great relationship. Of course the Platona made an appearance. Tom, let me just say... I understand now! I totally understand!

Took some photos to share with my TRF brethren. Hope you enjoy.

First off the new everose DD 40. I love the tone of the everose gold. I wish they had a dial with roman numerals. But, having never tried an everose gold Rolex piece on before, I was very impressed with how it looked in the flesh:

Next up, the platinum DD 40. Wow, stunning heft! Makes even my BLRO seem light! Not really my style overall but was a pleasure to try on:

And then... the king of modern Daytonas! Wow. Insane. Just insane. The heft for one thing, but also the dial. Just so beautiful. Dr. Tom how do you choose between this and the BLRO in the morning!!

Duo shot to close off...

Nice pics, I think I like the diagonal motif but maybe just too busy for me. Chocolate and classic Romans will do for me.

Totally agree Neil. The PM itself is stunning, the dials less so. Yours is perfect!

Awesome pictures, my friend. Thanks for sharing. Love the Everose Gold model too. Can't wait for more dial combinations to be available at AD's. Really do want to see the chocolate roman dial. Hopefully it will resemble or be close to the DD II's version like the one Neil has.

100% agree! Neil's is the one that made me interested in everose gold! Thanks Eric and hope all is well.

Awesome pictures!!!! Nothing quite like PM comparisons!!! A BLRO and Daytona would be my dream team. Pretty sure there is a reason why the pair dominates Tom's wrist!!!! They are incredible!
