[Is this fake?] Help needed
This guy wants to sell me his 1954 Rolex President Day Date, non-functional. I haven't seen it in person. From the photos, I think it is fake b/c it doesn't even look like yellow gold. But the watch is gold and perhaps the is just a lot of crap on it.

1954 my arse....... Thats a Chinese Canal street fake thats meant to mimic a heyday 1803/18038 Day/Date. It doesn't "have a lot of crap on it", but it is actually made of crap. Steer very clear of this transaction and save yourself the hassle and aggravation.
