Unfortunately you have a fake/counterfeit/replica Rolex. If you have any doubts, compare the watch with the images at rolex.com.

It is against eBay policy (and US law) to sell counterfeit/replica items. It doesn't matter if you claim that it's real, that it's not real, or that you don't know.

Here is the text from the eBay policy: "We don't allow replicas, counterfeit items, or unauthorized copies to be listed on eBay. "

"the-huckster" replied (surprise!) with the cryptic "ty" (probably some profanity that I'm not familiar with ...).

The bidding is now up around $800, so he's hoping to make some money from this fake Day-Date.

A few more reports should wake up the eBay folks and shut down the auction.

Reported again. These guys that reply to our emails with profane and objectionary language, gather special attention from me. In other words, I take a special interest in shutting down his attempts at screwing someone. You cannot simply screw someone in full public view without someone objecting and trying to make it difficult for you to do so.
