Sub 116618 (black face) or GMT 116718 (green face)

Ok so I keep going back and forth for almost a year now. Half the year I was sold for the black face sub, then I was sold to the green face GMT (came very close to getting one). Well now I'd like your opinion regarding the 2. No third options just out of these two. My collection then would be one of these and an AP 26320 Rg on strap (I'm flipping my current sub 116613 for either the 116618 or 116718).

I would go with the Sub, I am not a fan of the green dial on the GMT... that would be the only reason for me.

I prefer the sub for its bezel and glide lock.

GMT for me...but if you were talking about the blue sunburst version of the sub, it would be a different story. And if you were talking about a BLRO...

My Choice was for the Sub. I have the 116613LN and you will find that you will regret flipping it for a GMT. The black dial compliments the gold much better on the Sub I feel.

Every collection needs at least one Sub (in any of its forms).

The solid gold Sub at least will fill the void by getting rid of its TT brother.

Goodluck with the choice!

Very tough!! Normally I am not keen on the black sub but out of the two, I would take that choice as stated already glide lock and the black dial is very neutral.

It's a dead heat as of now. I can't say "get the green" because that dial is not an easy thing to pull off. Does not look good on everybody. For that reason and gridlock etc, I'd go with the sub. I'm curious to know why the yg gmt with the black dial is not on the radar.

116718 with green dial. Love the green and gold combination. It will really stand apart from the rest of the black dialed watches.

Out of these two, the green 116718.

But I´d rethink the dial options.

GMT - I would go with that since it has PCL….plus the green is not as common as the black subs.

'Of those two' - absolutely!

If you want a fun piece, go sunburst
