Need help to identify this vintage chronograph plz.

Hello it seems that the brand is Elan , but i can't find anything on that on google?

Maybe this is just junk ?

Looks like a nice chronograph, I'd get a leather strap for it get it serviced and wear it.

I have not received it yet but got more info.
The size is 38mm without buttons , 13mm thick.
So it's a nice size. I will post some pictures on the movement when it arrives. The movement is still unknown until i receive it and pop it ;)
I hope it's a pretty good movement !

Wish the dial was in better condition, vintage sector dial chronos are hot in the market right now...

I think the dial is nice, the bad plexi is fooling the look of the dial.

Ccould be an early Valjoux with those pushers like that. Not a 72 of course...
