IWC Aquatimer 3719-03

Hi! I've been offered an IWC Aquatimer chrongraph in titanium for purchase. The watch has no box or papers and I don't know the seller well.

From casual inspection the watch seems to have an anti-reflective coating on the glass and also has a 7 digit serial number on the caseback (3157***). There is moderate stretch on the titanium bracelet and it only has 15 links on the bracelet.

From the pics could you advise me if the watch is real? What markers to look out for to authenticate the watch? Will the moderate stretch on the bracelet be an issue in the near future and how expensive or difficult is it to procure extra bracelet links.

Many thanks.
