watch style advice

i've narrowed down a short list to the final two and would like your opinions of which of these watches is a better stylistic or visual match with the photos below.

IMPORTANT, please ONLY consider visual/style/superficial appearance and do not consider the technical merits of the movement, brand pedigree, or the price of the watches.

if you have another watch I should consider that is a better match with the pictures than these two watches, please post the watch.

thank you. edward

Hmmm, I think a Panerai would go well with those images/scenarios.
Any Radiomir or Luminor with tobacoo dials, in particular.

great suggestion. i was considering the PAM590 but i narrowed it down to these two because of my smaller wrist size.

I like the series III rover...

I think a vintage GMT with a black bezel is a better fit. Trying to illustrate the adventure/travel angle. I did it for real and a GMT makes more sense than a chronograph.

AP for me as well, I have seen the Ralph Lauren watches at my local AD and find them a little to expensive for what you are getting.

The AP for me too. I think the colours on the dial and the red hand etc. fit nicely with a lot of the colours in the photos.

I'll go with the RL, if that's the one with the JLC movement. It's a not too expensive timepiece for the given environment it would be used at. Good luck!

who makes the canvass bag in the photo with the passport? And I'd go with a Panerai with a P9000 movement or P5000 movement.

The canvas duffel is by Wellington & Cromwell. I'm looking for a watch to match the bag so almost any panerai is a good fit but because of my small wrist i'm considering a new old stock PAM337 or PAM338 with the manual wind movement by piaget.

One thing is certain, in these pics you have a lot of brown and beige, so the AP with brown strap fits, the RL with the black strap no...

good point. strap is easy to change on the RL though. but i am wondering about the curved springbars of the AP. ive heard curved springbars can be a pain.

the RO offshores are too big for my wrist with their 54mm lug to lug and those two "teeth" that attach to the strap overhand my wrist

Don't know anything about the spring bars… May I ask what are these pics? Are you a pro photographer or something of the sort?

the photos were from my iphone 6 camera. im just trying to create an outfit to match the leather duffel bag and the canvas and leather briefcase and duffel bag in the pics.

so like a barbour jacket and one of these two watches.
