Incoming 16710 ....bent seconds hand?

Upon the advice from the general forum, thought I would check and see if anyone had any thoughts on this.

I received this 16710 in a trade last week. Everything is exactly what I was looking for. Upon staring at it for countless hours, I discovered that the seconds hand is bent on the short side.

I assume this was done during some sort of service work. I planned on sending to RSC anyway due to the unknown service history. Have any of you seen this before? For what it's worth, the watch is running great at about +1 to +2.

Yes bent, point it out when sending it in and Rolex will replace it.
Send it to an independent and they will be able to straighten it easily.

I'm not ocd but that would drive me nuts. I expect wear and tear but it's a bery expensive watch. The hands must be straight. Send it in for a new second hand and let us know how it turns out.

Its not wear and tear it can only happen by someone catching it while setting/removing hands or casing up.
