BLNR Fatigue
I like the watch, but I'm starting to see it everywhere, numerous times, including here and in the classified section... It's making me not desire the piece anymore! Anyone else getting BLNR fatigue???

Nope. There are a lot on the forum, but I've yet to see one in the wild.

Definitely sell it and get a Submariner or a Datejust, you're unlikely to see them anywhere. But seriously if you want something relatively rare or exclusive then a Rolex is not the right choice.

I don't see them in the wild much. In my office one of the other managers just picked one up.
This is a Rolex forum so you'll see more than a couple BLNR, sub, Daytona, etc. :p Sent from my XT1096 using Tapatalk |

I never mentioned the wild. I agree. I never see them off this site, but this site is making me sick of them!

Definitely seeing more of them, but not feeling the faitigue. It's a nice watch and I'm glad that those who want them can now get them.

Other than the no date or Sub date, which I expect to see, this BLNR is killing me! I want to see someone's Sky Dweller incoming for once!

Our local AD got one so I ran down w/ intent to buy. You definitely need to see it in person. The blue is hard to describe, it's not a normal blue. Liked it in photos but in person it stood out a little too much for me (I'm not flashy). Either way, it is still very popular, as I told them I wasn't going to buy it a guy walked in and told them not to bother putting it away. They don't last long....

I have seen DJs (PM and TT), Subs (including Hulks) and Daytona a few times but never seen the BLNR (except mine) in the wild since 2014. If you were a true lover of the BLNR, you would be very happy to see its popularity and sensation here.

Never judge the watch visibility seeing based on this forum. BLNR is not at all common watch! Even every AD doesn't display it in the case.

That's like not liking Forrest Gump because everyone loved it.
If you like it you like it. gotta ask yourself where does the motivation and attraction to something come from? Do you like something only cause it's rare or only because it's popular? The submariner is the most popular Rolex on the planet, probably because like me more people absolutely love it. I'm not gonna give that up because millions of other people love it too. |

If you want something rare you should look for something else than a stainless steel rolex.

I have a BLNR. As other have said, the only other place I seen one is here and on my wrist. If you like it get it.

BLNR is popular because it's a great watch. Wearing something more unique comes at a cost. This cost will come in the form of a more polarizing design or in the form of a higher price. For example, my TOG is less common but I can see why many don't like it. Meanwhile many love the Platona, but it's uncommon due to the high price tag.
