Nostalgia!!
Here are some of past glories....I do think of them from time to time and sometimes truly wish I could afford to keep them all...

JJ, what goes around, comes around. I have confidence that one or more of those will again show up on your doorstep (or in your watch drawer) in the not too distant future.

Hmmmm....if that were true, then most likely the Exp-II with a slight twist - a black dial.

I knew you liked the black dial best.

To tell you the truth, Adrian, I'm such a Rolex fanatic that I would love just about any of their models in 40 mm size.

Huh?! The TT Blue's a past glory?! I thought you said that one was definitely a keeper!

You're right, but I so fell in love with the new TT YM, that some sacrifices had to be made along the way. I honestly couldn't afford to hang on to BOTH the TT models.....although I would have loved to.

I'm glad JJ's finally come to his senses regarding the proper dial colour of the ExpII.
As for any watch JJ owns to which he refers as 'a keeper' I don't think those words apply. Now JJ, when you say Zemina is 'a keeper' how have you managed to not trade her in for a different model after all these years? |
