1985 Datejust 16013 Dilemma!
Help!
I'm looking for an "excellent or in very good condition" 16013 circa 1985 with a Gold/champagne dial. I have located 1 online with a black tapestry dial, extra fine condition for $3.5k. Do I scoop this one up and get a dial swap at a local rolex shop (quoted ~$100) or do I wait it out for a 16013 is similar condition with a gold dial? What's the likelihood that I'll find exactly what I'm looking for? About how long would I be waiting? Or, is this one with the black dial as good as it's going to get?? Any help or advice is appreciated :) |
