Yep, I was just about to post this one. What a POS. Convenient that he is only including a COPY of the "appraisal" (allowing him to keep up the routine with other fakes).
He had it/one listed previously, which sold for $5100: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301766412020

The lead bidder has 0 feedback. Let's hope it's a scammer, scamming the scammer.

Icon7 Hmmm

Blake here - the seller of this Rolex.

Not sure why so much hate going on. Seems like you all have taken the time to view my listing, why not view my profile and see that I have ZERO negative feedback and have sold items for MUCH HIGHER then this Rolex.

Seems as though you guys have much more knowledge then I do regarding Rolex watches so instead of talking amongst yourselves on a forum, why not message me and drop some knowledge??

"(Note: After turning the crown in a few clockwise circular movements the watch does start to run and keep time) I just realized this was an option after searching the internet. I will not edit my previous statement about the Rolex not keeping time just in case there is an issue with that but after the test just listed with turning the crown, the watch is working as it should."

Wow, that battery can be wound up - like one of those emergency radios you buy for when the power is out.

I have been selling on eBay for just over a year now.

I have 37 transactions for just under $75,000. With ZERO negative feedback.

I think this can make a better statement as far as my business ethics go then my own words will.

When I bought this Rolex i paid $5,500 for it. The owner of the Jeweler store that did the appraisal appraised the watch for over $8,000. I trust that he knew much more then I did regarding Rolex watches as I knew nothing.

But I still trust his evaluation as he has been in the business for over 50 years and had many Rolex watches in his own inventory.

Really don't want my business to have a bad name on this forum so if anyone has better knowledge then what I have or a different opinion then what I paid the Professional Jeweler to appraise, just message me. No need to talk on here as if I am a "scammer" when clearly my track record shows I am anything but..

gee wizz

I was just stating facts on what happened after I turned the crown.

Its funny to me on how aggressively rude you "professionals" can be toward a guy that knows VERY LITTLE about Rolex lol.

I guess thats how you get ahead in life...

You might know little about Rolex, but everyone knows if you can wind a watch it iswn't battery powered and if it has a battery you can't wind it. You know you have a fake.

Actually this is what I understand :

Test #2 – If the watch is stopped you should be able to move it in a few clockwise circular movements and it will run. Rolex’s automatic movement is reliable and should not be broken. If it refuses to run I would not buy it.

Thus, that is all I did to the watch after it had stopped. After moving it clockwise circular movements it began to run.

If you aren't trying to scam then why did you use the identical appraisal from an identical fake submariner you sold on Oct 19th? Did that buyer smarten up before sending you $5100 for a $100 watch?

You should really get the money back from your Professional Jeweler for the appraisal.

First, would be mistaken, and your trust in that "evaluation" is irrelevant. Second, that is the lamest "appraisal" I think I've ever seen, and is basically worthless. Without including the serial number of the watch (let alone pictures, as is standard), there is no way to link that "appraisal" to that specific watch. It could be for any "stainless steel Submariner" out there.

Furthermore, the watch is an obvious fake, and anyone in the business "for over 50 years" with "many Rolex watches in his own inventory" would be able to spot it from a mile away (hence the assumption that your story is BS).

You have several individuals on a Rolex watch forum telling you it's fake. That should tell you something.

So, you claim to know "VERY LITTLE" about Rolex watches, yet you forked over $5500 to some guy on Craigslist for one, with no previous research or due-diligence?

Wait, so here you acknowledge that your Rolex has an automatic movement, but in your listing you mention that "the battery stopped working it seems." ??

Uh-huh...

I am sure if you guys were around back in Christ time you would have quickly crucified him to the cross along with all the other high priest. You are above me. You know more then I do. I am below your class, what more can I say here to make you feel your worthiness on this planet?

Good job.

can you address the above claims of two fake watches sold? i think that would go farther in clearing your name then talking about God.

So to cover your obvious scam attempt you now resort to the age old "you killed Christ" routine to make US look like the bad guys. You are obviously a scam artist who has done this many times over and screwed who knows how many people out of thier cash. So, yes, you definately ARE below our class.

A watch bought on Craigslist by someone who didn't know what they were looking at and then sold in damaged condition... I don't see any issues there.

But hey, at least you gave the buyer and the world your complete address and phone number on the appraisal in case they have any issues.

If upscalesales513 doesn't want to be called out for selling a fake Rolex using shill bids and junk appraisals on Ebay, he shouldn't try to sell fake Rolexes or use shill bidding...

Pretty simple.

See what I did there? ;)
