Hoping Michael Young can fix this 93150.

So I pulled this 93150 bracelet off my 1680 Sub and will ship it to Michael Young and hope he can work his magic on it. I posted photos showing the bad repair of the weakest link on the bracelet that typically goes bad. Although the repair is never going to fail, I wanted the 93150 to be as close to refurbished as possible. It's got a "B" code which is appropriate for a 1977 vintage.

I sent MY a 93150 about 18 months ago and the results were excellent. See this write-up with some post-repair photos. The bracelet had about 19 years of almost continual wear on it prior to submission and had lots of stretch.

Based on comments I saw recently on another thread, MY can do laser welding that may fix the flaw you mention at an extra charge.

Are you talking about the piece of rolled metal in photo 2?

He will work his magic on it. I have sent him a 7206 rivet 2 years ago and it was completely fixed and refurbished

Yes, I made that link after my AD said he couldn't fix it and needed a whole bracelet for $1400.

I'll check that out, good to know that. I will still send it off to be refurbished by MY in Hong Kong.

Thanks for the info!

He can fix it for sure ...and cheaper than you might expect if you have shopped prices.
Send it to him, you will be VERY pleased.

Using USPS, I mailed a folded link Jubilee bracelet to him on October 7th, from here in NYC, and he got it on October 13th.
It was just $25 insured.

Let me look at my office tomorrow, I might have that part. No reason to send it across the world.
