For Management's Consideration!
Please Note:
Guy on the Left is wearing Armani suit and Rolex. Guy on right is wearing jeans, wrong size sport coat and no watch.

The one on the right also has poor "body language"!

Unless he has some kind of genetic mutation, the guy on the left needs to know what a good pants break is.

Yep, the guy on the left needs properly fitting pants. They're too long. His shirt cuffs should be protruding about a half inch from his jacket sleeves too.

I'm not sure that I understand the correlation between an engaged employee and their corresponding illustration
I'm with the previous responses about the guy on the left with the ill-fitted suit; pants too long, sleeves too long, and no shirt cuff showing . If I were to judge the two based on appearance, I would go for the guy on the right. His appearance is modern and relevant whereas the guy on the left tells me he doesn't give a shit. |

If you read the words down the middle, the guy on the left has a good manager, the guy on the right, not so much, which is leading to him not being engaged.
I've been there...went from the left to the right (management terms, not dress) |

Not gonna get into judging books by their covers, but body language is massively important. Most of our non verbal communication is body language, example on the right.

I'm making a Joke...
My main point was as a Manager you need to help your team to be engaged. (see graphic) Your Management and people skills are key to others success! O' dressing for success is important too!

The guy on the right smells. And he eats soup with a fork.
