Very nice. Is that a refinished dial?

There are some signs that it was refinished EARLY in its life, like some slight fading or missing areas of some numbers if you look really close. I'm debating whether to have it refinished again, i'm always worried it won't be better off in the end so I might wear it for a bit and then do that.
