Satin Finish on Rolex Bracelet

What do Rolex use as a satin wheel for satin finish on steel bracelet? I am sure I read some where its Bergeon 6085-F2 or E2 I use the E2 and it seems a little shinny.

For touch up, I think the red 3M scotchbrite pad is the go-to.

Buy the Bergeron sanding block. I know I'm calling it wrong but that thing is the best.
