Need a little assistance
I was perusing "the bay" today, when I noticed this.
http://cgi.ebay.com/-VINTAGE-51-ROLE...06301912r14709 I dont really know the world of vintage, but it caught my eye, and I wanted to know what everyone thought.... Does it look legit? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Regards, James |

Well, apart from the dial maybe having been touched up (as the seller also states), quite heavy steel pitting between the lugs, some signs of corrosion on the gearing wheels and a couple of messed up screw heads, the watch looks fine to me.

Yeah, the seller is a good one, it appears, and this isnt his first Rolex sale. He seems honest in the description. I think i'm going to go for it!

Err buddy...the dial on that Ref 6094 is definitely a redial...
An original Dial of Ref 6094...would look like this... Note: Case with holes on 1 side only...original winding crown signed "super oyster" "+"...n there is no bezel assembly. |
