I had the case tested at a local jewelry store and it tested. So I'm not sure. Thanks.

Whats the giveaway? It has the gasket on the stem. Has the etching on the 6. Sweeps. Weighs correct. Magnification correct. Trying to learn i suppose.

To many to list, and I don't like to point out the obvious for the fake makers to improve upon.

Testing a stainless case to see if it's gold is a futile effort. Stainless steel has no reaction to the acids used to test gold. This watch is 100 % fake...period

Fake. It's stamped 18k on the case and it's not even gold. It's stainless steal. Dial looks awful. Fluted bezel is way to big.

Heck, its stamped 18K on underside of lug, and in between the lugs its stamped stainless steel! So which is it?? Hilarious!

So you bought (got) the watch and now want opinions on if it's real? I'm not buying this story. I think the story is as fake as the watch.

what exactly did it test? That's a basic Canal Street fake that the wholesale buyers pay about 12 bucks for. Throw it way

Obviously a BS post. But still good to view and test the old brain with acquired Rolex knowledge.
