Speedy Pro price in Italy?

I am heading to Rome in a few days and wondered if it's worth buying the speedy pro there, as opposed to Hong Kong? I'm not sure what is the 'street price' should be? It's around 5,000 USD in Hong Kong.

Thanks

Just back from Italy. The retail price for that watch is 4400 euros. Tax refund outside europe is 18%. Hope that help.

Thanks Davetay.

What is the official VAT in Italy ? I see 12, 18, and 22. It's confusing.

I'm headed to Italy in a couple months myself. Seems like it still cheaper to get on from a trusted seller here.

Official VAT in Italy is 22%. I have no idea what you will get from EU Customs though as often taxes are made up of several sub-tax elements... .

EU VAT varies slightly from Country to Country. Germany's 19%, Austria, 20%, Hungary, 27%...
