Does Rolex make other bands for the sub?

Saw some cool vintage Subs on the interent with what looks like a black diver's band or something... Might be cool fro a change of pace every now and then...

those are called nato straps, the only sub that had it from the factory was a military sub from the 60's-70's.just do a search on sub on nato and you should find some other pics.

I'd keep the original Oyster bracelet on it. To each his own.

Anyway, if you seek a nice source for NATO bands, try out Timefactors.

In the 70's a rubber Tropic band was an option from Rolex instead of the oyster band.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to switch them back and forth... Is it easy to do? Or maybe I'll just have to pick up another watch for use with that starp.

The straps on timefactors look really nice... however they only appear to have soldi colors... Know anyone that sells them black with the gray stripe? This look is really cool:

That's the classic G10 NATO strap....

Scroll further down on the timefactors site and you will see it.

Here's how to remove the bracelet.

The bracelet is not tough to take off....it does help if you had three hands..

Press the spring pin inward to collapse it through the slot in the back.

It takes a bit of technique to hold pressure against the pins to get both sides compressed, but after some practice it only takes a few seconds to take the bracelet off:

Is there a pin or something that I should be concerned about breaking?
