My parents live in Mesa and the rest of the family in Phoenix. I make the trip and see them as often as possible. It's about a five to five and a half hour drive but I really enjoy it, something about the desert.. A serenity. Oh, and I always stop at the Love's truck stop in Gila Bend and have a (one) crunchy beef taco; it's a tradition I have been following for years. No reason.... And I can't explain why....
