This watch was given to me and I am not sure if it is genuine. After removing the band, between the 12 o clock lugs is inscribed BREVET 6284 and at the 6 o clock lug it says 517-74 STAINLESS STEEL. The face of the stem has the Rolex Crown on it with a plus (+) under it. Any help would be appreciated.
