I wonder if the prices on Seiko and Citizen are better than the USA prices? I appreciate any info.

Yes, I am. May I help you??................but I am not so sure. I owned a Seiko for ten years. I know there is a MRSP and market price. In general, market price is lower tha MRSP. Visit local forum.
