Icon6 HANDS-ON STRAP REVIEW: Everest Rubber Strap with Tang Buckle for Rolex GMT-Master II

Please check out my hands-on strap review on the Everest Rubber Strap with Tang Buckle for Rolex GMT-Master II at Life of a WIS.

Also coming soon... a review of their competitor's (Rubber B) equivalent rubber strap and a comparison review of both straps to see which strap reigns supreme in the Rolex Aftermarket Rubber Strap Division .

Direct link to review.

Thanks for the pleasant review and read.

Just curious, why did you decide to pursue the rubber strap? Were you using it jogging, mountain climbing, or did you just prefer the look/feel of rubber as an alternative?

By the way, it looks great on that watch. The contrasting blue makes it really pop. Much more so than similar straps on normal Submariners and the like.

Thanks again for the great review!

Cheers,

Ben

My dentist just put his 116610 on an Everest strap and raves about it. He especially likes the fact it legal lows you to keep the Rolex clasp.

I have Everest in green and black for my lv and LN subs. I can mix it up as necessary. I have rubber b for my Daytona RG. Everest doesn't make for as many styles as rubber b but I prefer their product. All of mine use the clasp, not tang buckle - that's not a good look.

Beautiful photos and excellent review. My wrist is only about 6 3/4 so I worry that it might also be a little big for me, but I would probably be willing to give it a try at some point.
