Sitting next to Danny at the 2015 GTG was a treat. I think we had 3 servers at the sushi restaurant at Wynn whipping up all sorts of off-menu items per his request.

Like Anthony Bourdain....but with a Day-Date!

Yummmmm. I love sushi and sashimi. I'm no expert but certainly respect and appreciate the incredible thought process and skill to create these meals to achieve the different flavors that compliment and build on each other. It really is an art form.
