That Turn-O-Graph is beautiful. Do you wear it often?

The problem with watches ...

No not often. Okay I show the rarest and best part...

BTW bought from the original owner...

1966 service paper...

24K factory gilt movement...24 jewel not the 20 jewel common variety. Serial number matching the 66 paperwork so no doubt as to what movement came in the watch.

Yep, just OCD like that I guess so I kept everything. My first exposure to the GMT-Master was at an airshow at NAS Miramar back in '68 when I was 5. A Naval Aviator was wearing one with a Pepsi bezel. I asked him about his watch and he said it was a Rolex GMT-Master and that it was the finest aviator's watch money could buy. I already knew I was going to be a military aviator when I grew up so I decided then and there I would have to have a GMT-Master. Back in the day, Rolex had an agreement to sell at a discount through the military exchange to U.S. military that were stationed OCONUS (Outside Continental United States). Got it for $630.00!

Thank you for the compliment. Yes, I changed the insert about 16 years ago. Didn't know that the faded ones had any value. The blue had faded to almost nothing, so I got a new pepsi and new black and threw the original red back away, oh well, that sucks. Here are a few snaps when I was deployed in Iraq. BTW, I think the first picture I posted may be of me wearing my 1969 Omega Speedmaster Professional, I noticed that after I posted, I brought that one with me as well.

1983 1665. In the paperwork folder is original bill of sale and hang-tag, bracelet was being re-sized and now on it. Photo poor as I'd just got it and was over-excited!!

Tommy your watches never cease to amaze me, and I am quite sure they are all perfectly maintained at this point in their lives.
