Hi I read in here that you can remove the diver extension from my DSSD and it would make it more comfortable a can you ? and B will it

Yes you can and 100% more comfortable without it. You will find you can get a nicer fit without the divers extension. Very easy to take off. Most people complain that the DSSD is not a comfortable watch. Once you have sized it right it is a lovely piece to wear.

If you will not dive with it can indeed remove it, same applies to any other Rolex dive watch. Can easily be installed back, so won't affect resale value.

Wore my Dssd close to a year before I read about removing the diver extension....for that close to a year, it feels fine to me...but after I read about removing the diver extension and actually trying it out myself, it left an effect on my mind and now I am unable to get comfortable if I put the diver extension on...

So it's out.

Had my AD take mine out of my DSSD D Blue when I picked the watch up. I've never tried it with the diver's extension in but for such a huge reference, it's unbelievably comfortable with it out.

I would like to remove my diver's extension on my 14060M. But since the terminal folding blade attaches to the buckle with a fixed springbar, it looks like I will need to replace the the last link with one that has its own fixed springbar. Is this correct? Luckily, I have an extra 78360 (GMT) bracelet I can use.
How did everyone else do this?

Nevermind, I think I got it. But for other who want to make this adjustment, here are photos of the corresponding attachment links that need to be swapped. I was lucky that I had a "donor" 79360 bracelet. I might also consider swapping the entire clasp since I like the more slimmer profile of the 79360, but then the clasp would also loose one key Submariner visuals...
