Can someone ID this watch please

A person has this watch for sale for $60...I have no clue about Seiko watches. Can someone give me some insight on this watch please? They say its gold, I highly doubt that claim...but, Im just wondering if its worth $60.

Sorry for the crappy pic, but he is sending me better pics this evening.

If it's gold I'm pretty sure it's worth $60, heck it might even be worth $70.
