have been messaging the seller and nothing seems fishy at all to me. Just wondering if anyone had insight on the pictures.

Picture 9/9 clearly shows the gmt hand above the hour hand. That's a good thing. The picture is of a legit watch, and there are no hits from a google image search, so chances are the pics aren't stolen.

Maybe. It could be very painful though.

The pictures might be fine, but there are a number of ways to cheat you even though it looks OK. No feedback is a high risk. I would pass.

I had a recent Ebay purchase which turned out to be a scam. Although they (Ebay) agreed that it was a scam they asked to get a police report and all would be fine. Thats fine except NYPD wont fill out a report for this sort of thing (I went to two different precincts to ask). I explained this to Ebay so then they wanted a letter from the Post office stating that mail fraud had occurred. The Post master said he never heard of such a thing and neither did the USPS help line. Also I learned Paypal wont do a thing until Ebay closes the case. So yea you have some protection but its not all its cracked up to be.
