Reference Number Pronunciations

I have never been to a Rolex event, or even to an AD...or even commiserated with fellow-enthusiasts...so, I've never really had to say any of the many reference numbers out-loud. Are there agreed-upon ways of saying them? Or do they vary? Or, is this something that no one even thinks about?!
(I'm sorry if this is on the fringe of obsessive. I'm fairly well-wired on coffee)

That all said, how does one pronounce, for instance:

16750 - Is it 'sixteen-seven-five-zero' or 'one-six-seven-five-zero'?
16800 - Is it 'sixteen-eight-hundred' or 'one-six-eight-zero-zero'?
I'm assuming that a 5513 is 'fifty-five-thirteen', or is it more common to say 'five-five-one-three'?

I think it's a tomayto/tomahto, patech/patick type deal. No wrong answers here 👍

In Brooklyn, it's a "F*****g fitty-fye thirteen, A*****e!", in most polite social gatherings.

I JUST got back from Brooklyn (band practice) and that's all I heard on the B train:
"Hey, pally! That's pretty fuc**n nice fitty five thirteen, ya bastard!"

Haha, I was wondering this the other day too

Everyone has different pronunciations, I go with bigger numbers rather than individual makes it easier to explain and understand

There is no right or wrong way, and I'm pretty sure that no survey has been taken to find the most common form of enunciation
