Wrong Watch N - pls help asap!
Dear friends! I just figured out that the seller put 4-digits CALIBRE # instead 8-digits WATCH # !! So, my International Warranty is void? I bought Seamaster recently in MA in official store but now I am in Russia and I do not know when I come back... What should I do? Any suggestions?? Feel so freaky about it all...

If you have the sales receipt from the company, I don't think you would have problems sending your watch in to Bienne if it needed warranty work...

Contact the after sales service and let them know of what has happened, at least they will be informed of the administration error.

thanks! You mean thru omegawatches.com ? But what if I change the number myself with eraser and pen, as the wrong serial number is handwritten on the card? |

Omega.ch is the official Omega web site. I will PM you the contact person that helped me out with my queries with my Omega watches before. She was very helpful.
