What to do?

What do you guys do when you fill up your pen box, have 2 more coming that the wife doesn't know about? I can't add another box as that is too noticeable, plus then I would feel obligated to fill it up. I have zero intention of getting rid of any that I currently have. The wife is on my back to save more money and spend less, and I hate to just leave them out on my dresser. I hate you guys for getting me into pens! As if watches, books and items not mentioned here didn't get me in enough trouble with the wife.

Get a new wife!

I would sell the two least favorites and make room for the inbound.

Agreed sir!!! Plus in monoamous societies, women tend to frown on new wives.

LOL!!!!

That is one of the drops of loving writing instruments. There is never room... EVER!!!

Therefore you must persevere! Head down, bank card in hand, and buy! Life is short and there are so many lovely pens to acquire!

Rock on my friend! And just kiss your wife often. That makes things much more pleasant!

I have a special drawer in my desk to hide contraband from my beloved. Failing that, how about storing them all upright in a favourite mug or glass so it's harder to count them (and ink won't dry in the nib)?

One case 50 pens. Plenty of room to expand your collection. :-)

Nice but I am 100% sure she would notice that something is amiss on my dresser.

Two good options:

1. Hide her glasses; or

2. Rearrange your dresser completely and then she won't notice a new pen box.

Job done

Put the new pens in your office or hide in closet!
