Mine was changed on my YM this January. The is no "S" in the LEC.

My paperwork read "magnifaction issue, replaced crystal". This was done at the NYC RSC.

Im in the process of having my Cyclpos changed to larger. Not that I'm planning on selling it, but will it decrease the resale value?

Icon13 Magnification replacement of Crystal

mine was replaced at the Canadian headquarters in Toronto, boy what a pain in the butt that was it took forever to have it done. They returned to me a month later even though they had promised me the watch three separate times and didn't deliver . The watch was only two weeks old when I brought it and it was a real letdown

It wouldn't if I were buying it. It a known issue here. Just keep the paperwork.

I could be wrong but I thought they no longer put the "S" on replacement crystals regardless of the reason for the change.

Mine took quite a while to get done. I'd have to check the paperwork but it was over a month.

A new crystal won't affect value at all.

Sounds to me like you would not disclose a new crystal to a prospective buyer and that would be dishonest, wouldn't it......

In any event, Rolex has not put the "S" crystals on in a few years now..
